Land Use - Covenants Section II, Subsection A

All structures erected in Harris Crossing subdivision must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. All detached building and structures, including swimming pools, pool houses, storage annexes, fences, dog exercise ares and dog houses must have architectural approval.
